If you are looking for a free video editing software, then this is for you. Shotcut is free and open source video editing software and it is available in internet. It is developed by Meltytech, LLC. for windows, mac and Linux users. It is very good for new users. If you are a beginner then you can try this software. Shotcut has all basic tools and some advanced tools that most of users need in video editing. It is very easy to use and anyone can quickly edit their videos with Shotcut.

Clear and well designed interface is a main plus point in Shotcut. It has fully customizable filters, effects and transitions. Excellent file format support is an another good point in Shotcut. Cross Platform is a good feature in Shotcut.

The customer support of Shotcut is not good and this is the main problem in Shotcut. Shotcut is not support 360VR and 3D video editing. Shotcut has not any sharing options.

You can't add animate titles, with Shotcut as you can in other video editing software. But there is a 3D text option, with 5 font choices. After the complete of editing, you can easily save your videos and it is saved as a new file. Shotcut supports many type of file format to export videos. You can export your videos with any type of file format that you want. Shotcut does not gives you sharing option, so you can not upload your videos directly to YouTube or Facebook. But you can upload these videos in any place with other ways of upload.
