Pixlr is a good alternative of Adobe Photoshop and it has all basic and advanced tools like Adobe Photoshop CC. Pixlr is very easy to use and both new and experienced users can easily develop their photos with this photo editing software. Pixlr is a perfect photo editing software for beginners. It is now available as an application for both web and phones.
